Sessions: Saturdays 12 noon - 1pm Course 1 and 1.00pm - 2pm Course 2

Sessions for juniors aged 11 - 16 years.
The course is a perfect next step if you have taken one or more of our introductory courses (Little Smashers for 5-7 year olds and Big Hitters for 8-11 year olds) or have enjoyed playing badminton at school.
Sessions offer a mixture of coaching and games provided by a BADMINTON England registered coach.
Our sessions are structured and include various elements that will help you improve all areas of your game, including, physical, technical, tactical and mental.
Our sessions are tailored towards those who attend and skills are progressed throughout the weeks during the term. You will learn how to apply the technical elements into your game and create a better understanding of how to use tactical elements into matches.
If you’re interested in taking your game to the next level then these courses are for you.
Every child will be provided (upon request) with a free high quality sports T-shirt when they join Wycombe Juniors.
