Notice of General Meeting

Badminton Wycombe will be holding a General Meeting on Thursday, 28 January, 2016.  The meeting will take place in the Bar, starting at 7:30 pm.  All Badminton Wycombe members are warmly invited to attend and vote on the matters presented.

The meeting is primarily dedicated to changing the Articles of Association of Wycombe Badminton Centre, which will result in:

• High Wycombe & District Badminton Association (HWDBA) no longer formally controlling the Centre; and
• legitimising the creation of the new, more representative Committee.

Ultimately, this is about ensuring the secure future of Badminton Wycombe as a strong, not-for-profit, dedicated badminton centre.
